The previously registered e-mail address is invalid and I can not receive the e-mail address confirmation e-mail

In case you still have your terminal device and “PassClip” is still available

・In case the registered e-mail address was the one and only e-mail address 

Please add the currently available e-mail address from “E-mail address setting” and set it as “Primary address”. Confirmation e-mail will be delivered to the e-mail address newly set as “Primary address”. After that, please delete the invalid e-mail address.

・In case you registered e-mail address other than invalid e-mail address 

E-mail address confirmation e-mail will be sent to all registered e-mail addresses. Please confirm whether confirmation e-mail has arrived to other e-mail address.

In case you lost the terminal device that installed “PassClip” or deleted “PassClip” application

・In case the registered e-mail address was the one and only e-mail address

It is impossible to take over password information, because you can’t receive E-mail address confirmation e-mail. Please register with a valid e-mail address and register your password again.

・In case you registered e-mail address other than invalid e-mail address

E-mail address confirmation e-mail will be sent to all registered e-mail addresses. Please confirm whether confirmation e-mail has arrived to other e-mail address.

Register multiple e-mail addresses!

If there is only one e-mail address registered in ”PassClip”, you will not be able to receive “E-mail address confirmation e-mail” if registered e-mail address turns invalid. Which means that you can neither take over password information, nor add a terminal device that can use “PassClip”. For this reason, we strongly recommend registering multiple e-mail addresses in advance from “E-mail address setting”.
