If you forget your password or “Pattern”, you can execute reset by tapping  “MENU>Setting>Reset App” or simply reinstall the app. After that procedure, please make sure to contact sysadmin. They will help you to reset password.
Also reconfigure a “Pattern” if you choose the Secure Grid Display.
