If Your Device is Lost, Damaged, or You Need to Change Devices
<If Your Device is Lost>
If you lose your device, please contact your administrator to report the loss. Your device will be reset to prevent others from using it.
Afterward, install the app on your new device and follow the instructions sent by the administrator via email or other means to complete the re-setup.
For Bingo Display Mode, please also register your pattern.
<If Your Device is Damaged>
Install the app on another device and use the registration URL provided in the initial setup instructions to add your slot.
Note: If the administrator has set a “slot registration limit,” you may not be able to add a slot. In this case, please contact your administrator and follow the re-setup instructions provided via email or other means.
For Bingo Display Mode, please also register your pattern.
<If You Are Adding or Changing Devices>
The app can be registered on multiple devices. You can add the app to a new device without deleting it from your previous device.
Note: If the administrator has set a “slot registration limit,” you may not be able to register the new device. In this case, please contact your administrator and request a reset.
